• Welcome to the Saada platform ('the Platform') provided by Media and Narrative Intelligence LLC ('Saada', 'we', 'us', 'our').
• This agreement ('Terms of Service') is a legally binding agreement between you and Saada, governing your use of the Platform and the services provided through it.
• Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

By creating an account and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you:

• Have read and fully understood these terms
• Agree to be bound by all their provisions and conditions
• Have the legal authority and capacity to enter into this agreement
• Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Saada provides a media and narrative intelligence platform that includes:

• Monitoring and tracking of global and regional media sources
• Analysis of entities (individuals, organizations, initiatives) across Arabic and English languages
• Media narrative clustering and classification by strategic impact
• Early warning signals for changes in the media landscape
• Executive summaries and daily briefings
• Analytical tools and dashboards for authorized users

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Be an authorized representative of an organization or institution, or using the Platform for legitimate professional purposes
• Not be subject to any sanctions or restrictions that would prevent you from using the services under Saudi or international laws

When registering for the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share them with any third party
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not create more than one account without our prior written consent

You agree to use the Platform only for legitimate purposes in accordance with these terms.

All intellectual property rights related to the Platform are owned by Saada or its licensors.

Your use of data is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data in compliance with the Kingdom's Personal Data Protection Law.

You agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• All information and data you access through the Platform
• Narratives, analyses, and signals generated for you
• Details of contracting and commercial arrangements between you and Saada
• You may not disclose any confidential information to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law or regulation

Services are paid according to applicable pricing schedules

We strive to ensure 24/7 service availability, however:

The Platform and services are provided 'as is' and 'as available', without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy or completeness of aggregated media data
• Platform being free from errors or technical defects
• Uninterrupted service or protection from breaches
• Fitness of the service for any particular purpose
• Results you may achieve from using analytics and data

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, regardless of cause
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from decisions you make based on information provided through the Platform
• Acts or omissions by third parties
• Force majeure or circumstances beyond our control
• Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saada, its partners, employees, and directors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Platform, (b) your violation of these terms, (c) your violation of any third-party rights, or (d) any content you input or create using the Platform.

This agreement may be terminated in the following circumstances:

These terms are subject to the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• This agreement is interpreted in accordance with Saudi business law and the Personal Data Protection Law
• Any dispute arising from these terms is referred to competent courts in the Kingdom
• Saudi jurisdiction rules apply to dispute consideration

In case of a dispute related to these terms or services:

• Contact us first to resolve the dispute amicably within 30 days
• If not resolved amicably, refer to an accredited mediation committee or center in Saudi Arabia
• If mediation fails, the dispute is referred to the competent court
• Arbitration is not mandatory unless both parties agree otherwise

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the Platform 30 days before their effective date. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be replaced with a valid, enforceable provision that closely matches the original intent of the parties, and the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to exercise any right or provision in these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be explicit and in writing.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any service agreement, constitute the complete agreement between you and Saada regarding your use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements, oral or written.
